How to shop?
Our products are divided into different categories. Select the one you need.

- Check if everything looks to be in order and authorize your purchase
Shipping costs?
We can deliver your purchases all over Europe. Costs can vary, but we will reserve 250 euros, and get back to you with final shipping costs, for you to approve, before we finally ship.
When will I receive my order?
Once we have your approval, we will ship your items. From then it usually takes 5-8 business days.
Feel free to contact us for a status on the shipping.
How to pay?
We accept all major credit cards. Your data is safe with us. All purchases are encrypted by the card issuer.
We will not collect the payment before the purchase is approved and shipped.
What if I regret my purchase?
You have 14 days right of withdrawal, when shopping at Ankerdenmark.dk. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after receiving the product(s).
You must contact us within the 14 days of receival, to let us know, you regret the purchase. Contact must be done by writing us at info@ankerdenmark.dk. It needs to be clearly stated that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. You can’t regret your purchase by refusing to take the delivery, without clearly telling us.
Product return
You must return the product(s) to us without deliberate delay, and up to 14 days after letting us know of using your right to withdrawal. You have to pay the related expenses of shipping the product(s) back to us. When returning the product(s), you are responsible for the product being safely packaged and keeping the original packaging. You carry the risk when the product is undergoing shipping until we receive it.
The product’s condition when returning
You are liable for any decline in value, if the product has been tried in a way, that isn’t deemed necessary for you to determine whether or not you regret your purchase. In other words, you can try the product as you would in a physical store.
If the product has been used beyond this parameter, we will deem the product as used, meaning a partial or no refund depending on the condition of the product.
Refund
If you regret your purchase you will of course be fully refunded. Except what is described in the section above.
We will keep your payment until we have received the returned product.

How fast do I have to file a complaint?
You must file a complaint within reasonable time of discovering a flaw or something out of order. If you contact us within 2 months, we will always consider a refund or another course of action.
